I. ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have certain rights regarding the personal data we collect and process about you. These rights can include requesting access to information we hold, correcting inaccurate details, requesting deletion where permitted, restricting certain processing, and receiving a copy of your data in a portable format (where applicable). This form is intended for submitting an access request (to obtain a copy of your data) or a deletion request (where removal is legally permitted).
To help protect your account, your personal information, and our systems from unauthorized access or misuse, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may include confirming ownership of the email address you provide or requesting additional information where necessary. Certain data may still need to be retained to meet legal, regulatory, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations (for example, transaction or audit records). In those cases, we retain only the minimum required and restrict its use to compliance purposes.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
After you submit your request, we log it in our internal request tracking system so it can be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you provide an email address, we may send a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your request.
In some cases, additional verification may be required before we can proceed. This is done to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access or misuse. We will request only the minimum information necessary for verification and we will never ask for your password.
Once verification is complete (if required), we will proceed with fulfilling your request. For access requests, we prepare a copy/export of the personal data associated with you. For deletion requests, we delete eligible data where applicable. If certain data must be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, we will explain what is retained, why, and how its use is restricted.
